William (Kyle) Crossett, Project Geologist

Kyle Crossett joined Griggs-Lang Consulting Geologists, Inc. in June 2007. He received a Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Geology in 2006 from the State University of New York College at Potsdam. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in environment-oriented management, from Clarkson University in 2007. Kyle’s education focused on science-based communication and writing.

Before joining GLCG, Kyle worked with Dean Herrick, Consulting Geologist during the summer of 2004. He assisted in the creation of Mined Land-Use Plans and NYSDOT Geologic Source Reports. In addition, Kyle performed petrographic analyses of various samples of aggregate sources from upstate New York.

Kyle’s fields of expertise include blast monitoring, mine permitting, geologic surveying, field mapping, and computer and GIS applications.
